5 Things I’m Loving This Week

26/07/15 – 01/08/15

My friend recently released his collection, if you missed it on the blog, you can view by clicking here. I was pretty excited because I was in charge of hair. Each piece is totally affordable and prices range from N5000 – N8000. So please get to ordering 🙂

2.) The World’s Greatest Unsolved Crimes

I ‘took’ this book from a friend’s room in January and only just started reading it. While some of the stories seem made up and far fetched, it’s still a pretty decent read.

This is a pictorial series by Ruramai Musekiwa. It translates to ‘we are beautiful’ and celebrates phenomenal african women including Chimamanda Adichie and Lupita Nyongo. View more pictures at AFROPUNK

4.) Faux Locs

After my epic fail with faux locs (view here) you’d think I’ll give it time before even thinking of getting it done again, but it seems like everywhere I turn, I keep seeing beautiful faux locs and I can’t help but want it.

5.) Qupid Sneakers

A friend got this as a late birthday gift for me and I honestly want to wear them everywhere but I don’t want them to get dirty at the same time, Lol.  Love ❤️.

  1. Alex! I feel like you haven’t posted in forever. Lol.
That girl is so killing the faux locs! I’ve been seeing her pictures floating around Instagram. I like how they look on her; don’t think I could pull the look off though.
    I love your sneakers!
