5 Things I’m Loving This Week

(30/10/2015 – 06/11/2015)

1.) Twists

My love-hate relationship with braids, twists, locs is no secret. After my experience with grey/black faux locs, I was quite determined to do without anything in the braid/twist/loc family for the rest of the year. But I couldn’t. And I’m glad I didn’t, this Brazillian wool twists have been getting me too many nice compliments plus it’s perfect for this harmattan weather.

2.) Emily Millionaire Coconut Oil & Herbs

My scalp has been reacting badly to coconut oil so I was skeptical about using this, so far, I haven’t had any reactions and I’m beginning to notice changes in my edges.

3.) Sandals from Konga.com

This was the only thing I was able to score during their so called “Yakata Black Friday Sales”. For 1500 Naira, I can’t complain.

4.) Fashpa.com

I’m in love with over half of the new pieces at Fashpa but the way my bank account is set up right now, I can only afford one or two things and I’m having a tough time trying to pick.

Unfortunately the list couldn’t make it to 5

    1. Hello Damilola,
The woman who braided my hair had it for sale at her salon. However, it’s pretty common to get. If you’re in Lagos, try Yaba or Lagos Island market.
      Hope this helps. xx
