2016 was a one of a kind year, the kind that has a special section in the history books. I tried to keep track and you can find out what I got up to in the first, second and third quarter of this year here, here and here.
Hair & Skin Care
I’m still wigging it over here, even into the new year. I’m definitely not abandoning the wigs anytime soon because I’ve noticed more length retention and healthier hair since I decided to start wearing wigs more and allow my hair do its thing. I’m definitely getting more into skin care and the products from The Albimazing Box have been a great help.
We had two successful wig making workshops, one in October and the other in December. Planning them was a huge life lesson for me and I might talk about the whole process sometime in the future. You can view a recap from the October workshop here and pictures from the December workshop here.
Maybelline x LFDW 2016
For LagosFashionandDesignWeek this year, I had the privilege to work with Maybelline. I had a swell time and although I lost most of my pictures from fashion week, I was able to compile some of my favorite looks form the Maybelline runway show which you can view you can view here
Olori Lagos by Jae Aout
I got to star in this campaign for their first line release alongside Ifeoma of WhoWhatFab. It took a whole lot of convincing to do this because I can be very body conscious and there were some tight pieces I had to wear. Overall, I’m really grateful or the opportunity, glad I did this and I love the way the pictures turned out, you can view all of them here
I’m looking forward to smashing all my goals in the coming year and hoping among the first to wish you a
